Yay i can post now, 2 days after registering. Anyway, nerfing the dual blade to be the equivelant of a 400 zc weapon, while it does make sense since your basically getting 3 weapons for 1200zc, isnt the best idea. Your focusing mainly on the dual blade, and not the other 2 weapons. The knife is worse then the starter knife (yes ive tested this, 1 person with each weapon, standing in front of each other, no moving, just spamming the attack button. It was close, but the starter knife prevailed) and the alien pistol is just a permanantly enraged streamer as the both shoot at the same rof (from my point of view), the only difference is the pistol is 1 damage higher, but its also easier to dodge. Nerfing the dual blade down to 5 damage would make it equal, if not worse, then a saber. And if thats the way things work out then its a complete waste to buy. And before anyone says i just want to keep an overpowered weapon, yes i do use it a lot, yes i do like it, and yes i do think its overpowered. But the way i see it is either balance out all 3 weapons to where they are better then how i compared them above, or just slightly nerf the dual blade by taking knicking it down to 7 or so damage, not 5. Even the way it is now a saber can beat it. The dual blade does have the manueverability that the saber doesnt which is a huge help, but in my opinion it should still be better, not by such a huge gap as there is now, but still. The dual blade, the way you describe it, is basically a 400zc weapon. Which is true. But you cant just flat out buy it for 400zc, you need the full 1200, which is a pain if you havent been around forever and have all these old weapons and hats to trade. Whereas a saber can be bought for 25k gralats, which doesnt take nearly as long to aquire as 1200 zc, plus you can buy gralats with packs, unlike zc, so you can litteraly have a saber within minute of creating an account. You cant buy zc with real money, so it makes it more of a challenge to aquire. Plus if you add in the 500 kills you need to get with the knife before you unlock the dual blade (which most people boost, but if you do it legit it takes several hours plus is a complete pain in the butt).

Also, if i may ask, you told me once before when you were at conquest, that you wouldnt nerf the dual blade. You said something along the lines of "im not going to nerf the dual blade, its fair, just annoying". Can i ask what changed your mind about that?

^no im not trying to start an argument with this, its just curiosity.
