. At the very least, staff need to work with the players and explain WHY their graphics are not allowed on the server and HOW they can fix it instead of just checkering some arbitrary reason with little to no meaning.

This is also the response I seem to be getting from the general support website. Just 1 sentence that doesn't help at all then "Issue Resolved" without the possibility of dialogue.
