I forgot to mention, if you're gonna hire bilingual staff, please make sure they speak fluently in both languages. I had my status reset and warned for having the word "sh!t" in my status. Then I went to the kiosk to see who was actually online and there was only one staff online. I asked them why they warned me, and they could barely make out my sentence. I asked him/her if I could put idgaf in my status, they didn't know what it meant.

A few days later my friend had her status reset and warned because she had the word "fuq" in her status. Also, a towering friend of mine had some thing like "After (such and such [nothing innapropriate at all btw]) We will use this guild to pk Racists and cheaters." His status was reset (not sure if he was warned or not) but still. Have some common sense staff, really...
