NES - River City Ransom
Genesis - Rocket Knight Adventures
SNES - Tie between Chrono Trigger and Final Fantasy VI
N64 - Banjo-Kazooie (best platformer of all-time IMO)
PSX - Final Fantasy VII (although Metal Gear Solid is a close second)
GBA - Way too many great RPGs to pick from
PS2 - Grand Theft Auto: Vice City (the only GTA that I really enjoyed because of the atmosphere)

I quit console gaming after this period, so that's all I can contribute.
