Unless you mean other players continue to move, but you don't see it. Is that what you're talking about? Obviously everyone else continues to move and attack and everything while this freeze occurs; as it's your client that's freezing, not the whole server. If this is what the OP meant, it was very poor phrasing. But I'm starting to think it might be the case..

ya thats what happens on my device. Everything freezes on my side(my screen), but players are still moving around based on the chasing example I used.
I thought this was the bug addressed on the other thread that I quoted.
