The towering rewards system is just fine after Coco's latest change. Some people seem to think it's reasonable that you're going to come up with a way to make people not want to get the first-tier reward, and you won't be able to. If you were able to, why would you want to? It's people making suggestions that are trying to make towering less active for absolutely no reason. They themselves wouldn't even tower.
