Not exactly a bug. Dusty changed it to where event messages are placed at the front of your inbox. More accurately, the most recent event messages are placed at the front of your inbox. So dont AFK so much and you wont miss the events  |
All admin messages are pushed to the top of your notifications, however they are still supposed to maintain order within the group of admin messages(otherwise you'd be reading admin messages, events or not, out of chronological order).
