What does the position pay in USD or EUR? Is it comparable to Game Masters at professional serious gaming companies like Perfect World International or other iPhone/PC game companies? If not then why should people keep doing free work for a for profit company?

Developers are getting paid. Game Master is a voluntary job. Of course we dont force people to apply. Only if they want
I am very selectively with the hirings of Game Masters, because they will have alot of responsibility. In the 2nd round of the hiring the chosen applicants will go through a little test.
