Just because you can do well in dev and be active doesn't mean you can manage effectively. Graal is a weird place where management and participant overlap, that doesn't happen many other places. If you can't manage, you shouldn't be in a management position. I don't give a **** about how active you are or "how well you can dev." That is exactly the reason I would keep you at a dev position and never rank you anything higher.
I don't know much about managing a team but at least I admit it, lmao
