That doesn't mean we should encourage them by allowing them to do so. Call of Duty is rated 18+ for a reason, in the same way Graal is rated 8+ and isn't rated 18+ for a reason. Increasing the minimum age would almost certainly decrease the playercount if it was enforced, pretty certain 90% of players are [B]under 18.[B]
