I understand, but what I'm saying is the admin should have done this (because this should be the rules): when he sees Cally lagging, he should wait for the match to end. If Unknown wins, you guys get the win and Cally is removed and then they must use a sub. If Espiritu wins, that win gets taken away from them and Cally is removed and they must use a sub.

Either way, Cally is forced out of the tournament and your team is guaranteed to not suffer a loss. Don't you agree that it's fair that way? If not, why don't you think so?
I don't understand how "IF ONE OF YOUR PLAYERS IS LAGGING YOUR WHOLE TEAM GETS DQ'd" is more fair, because it's tough to control, especially for someone on an iDevice (no wired connection) in Australia (literally over 9000 miles away from the server).
