pretty sure it's nothing that the staff can fix because it's lag on the client side which usually has to do with your device itself running Graal poorly, it doesn't have to do with your ping to the server
it only started happening recently so maybe something was added to a server-wide NPC that has caused it

could be something that could be fixed if it's a script doing some intensive things... but it'd have to be looked into to find out what scripts could be causing it.
