As much as I hate to 'report' it (because I LOVE that my house has some difference!) I managed to get the 'snow' tileset in almost all the other house layouts (other than the snow one) by simply changing to the snow layout and then changing to the other layouts. I dare not change it again, as I do not want it to change back and lose this unique house design opportunity, otherwise I would test 'all' of them.

You do realise that's just clientsided right? If you change from the snow house to a different layout it will be there until you restart your client. (Others will only get ice skates but won't see the actual snow graphics).
Maybe you found a real way to do it but I never saw anyone with a real way except custom admin houses
