Gliscor is a Physically defensive tank (and a hell of a good one at that), and Psyshock hits the Physical side instead of the Special side. Most Special hits 2HKO or 3HKO it.

Ahhh. I thought it was special. My bad. Probably explains why rock slide and and stone edge did nothing either.
