Entries are logged, can go back to them over time

They show up in client and are easily addressable

They also show up in RC

Doesn't suffer 'only PM'

Is the official way to get something done

PM:

Can get lost in the crapton sea of, "OMG RU ADMINZ?!", "HI!", "Can you help?", "FAKE!" etc.

Lost if client gets disconnected

Not logged

Honestly, why do you all think it's GP duty to respond to your PMs within 30 seconds? That's NOT how it works.

How about you just do it the way it's supposed to be done. This also doesn't mean spam report one person 50 times because he stole your sweetroll. Not helping at all.
