People have to realize that Classic has to compete with servers like Era, not in players, but that Stefan and Co. expect them to make a profit.
Staff tries their hardest to give players decent content with minimal cost, and to keep what players do pay for mostly cosmetic. We don't want players to have to buy stronger swords, or pay out the ass for the newest item. So while Era sells a gun for 100k, remember that is the same amount of gralats on Classic. The only difference that can be made is that Era and Classic have different jobs, and how much these jobs offer. As far as gralat packs go, compare the prices of things on Classic to Era... now think about why Stefan wouldn't be happy that Classic doesn't make as much as Era does.
Players can rage over the price of 2player mounts, but it's either a huge price on a few items that show up like those, or increase everything drastically.

I understand where your coming from on that, and while I do still think that 80k price tag is to steep I do agree that there is nothing wrong with pricing certain items higher than your average item. I would think if like somebody said even if they where trolling or not if it is able to "swim" or transport you and a passenger across the water or do something unique that the other 2p mounts don't do then it would be more worth it to drop $45 (u.s) to get the gralats needed to buy it.
I know that Classic is a F2P,but I also don't think it would be bad if some stuff was a little higher priced if we simply had the option to sell off items we no longer use or want to get extra gralats to buy the more expensive items.
Btw if items are cheaper and you sell more of them are you still not making as much if not more money than you would by setting the price point higher to try and make more money?
It reminds me of what my momma always used to say "would you like me to buy you 1 really nice big expensive thing? or a whole bunch of smaller nice cheaper things?" Idk about anybody else but I would much rather spend my gralats on a whole lot of little things rather than one large thing that I wont care about in 2 days.
