There's a difference between being able to type fast, and knowing something and being able to type fast. If I were to do the question "1+1=?" then it is a typing competition. However if I ask "What is the capital of Alaska", then the focus isn't having fast fingers; its knowing what the capital of Alaska is.

And if no one knows, it's a competition of who can type the fastest into their search engine
