she looks lovely, the dress design is nice. And dat hat yo, really digging how you did that. I'm assuming you're going for more chibi/anime stylistic anatomy (if you're not, I can change my feedback), so here are some tips;
- the forearm is only as long in length as the foot. It shouldn't be longer than the top part of the arm.
- hands are typically as large as the face.
- in realistic human anatomy, bodies are typically around 8 heads tall. this girl is more like a chibi so she doesn't really have to follow the that guideline, but her legs still seem short to me, so I would've made the dress longer. That's just a personal stylistic choice, but I wanted to mention it
- I did an example of head structure on the image-- that is also a style chioce, but it is the more realistic way of doing it
- did a small hand diagram thing. Just some color placement tips (1 lightest, 5 darkest)
- I still struggle with hand structure (it took me 4 tries before I could draw that hand lololo) so the only tip I have for that is to practice-- you're doing way better though! keep it up
