No matter where you would be in graal you would be using the night system...
And it doesnt seem to be anything obvious from stopping admins from adding content

^This. Night time isn't something like a new shop,building or area. That would be over populated for a week then everyone would get bored of it. Then not go to anymore like everything else that gets introduced.
