How ignorant. The US invaded Iraq for it's natural resources like oil. They covered it up by saying they were looking for WMD's or 'Weapons of Mass Destruction'.

Read the post you quoted. I said money was involved... was referring to oil. But the main reasons were to look for weapons and try to remove saddam. the oil was just a plus that encouraged the US.

The coalition forces of many countries invaded for various reasons. WMDs and oil were only part of the reason. Human rights abuse, failure to cooperate with UN inspections and not complying with sanctions imposed on them were also important for the decision. If it was just for oil they would invade Saudi Arabia as they have much more oil.

what happened between the US,UK,and Iran was a loonngg time ago. unless ur older than my grandparents I highly doubt u know anything about that other than what u read. And saddam hussein was a terrorist. It was a war on terror.
