Concept art looking nice and detailed is a bit overkill unless it's a big company that hired an artist to make it. You seem to forget that this is Graal... Lol.

I think the art looks fine, needs a bit more distinct color changes between shadows, lightsource and outlines. At first glance it looks like everything is one color.
