The picking system is automatic, but I'm the one who arranges who goes vs who. So technically, basing gangs wouldn't be a problem unless they can spar like a boss.
BTW, every player is allowed to choose one gang to participate with in the GST, he cannot change gang tags after it's done, so if basing gangs can get hands on good sparrers, they might have a chance on making it.

what im saying is in theory, the system is great. But in reality its going to be a trainwreck. For starters big basing gangs must have multiple leaders. If one of the leaders does not get picked and is mad about that. It could easily kick all the GST particapents and then they can't compete. Then you're going to have to fix the issue taking up a ton of time.
