Whether or not you like the features added to whatever server you are playing; Stefan doesn't do these things to earn money, he does them to make the game more fair for newer (and thus inexperienced) players. When players complain about something, it's usually changed. Not everyone can be pleased, Stefan isn't the one in the wrong here.
