Why would you need to recruit people? Just recruit the members for your guild, and keep them, if you kick them then you don't want them back right away anyway.
If your kicking to make room and recruiting new members every five minutes then your noob recruiting which is abuse of the guilds system. That's why this needs to be added to stop that and make tower taking fair and fun.

From what I posted above, I actually AM recruiting members from sub guilds. In AF1 last week, we got over 450 hours on the Facebook server. At one point we had over 45 members and allies on. We have a ton of active members who come on and off throughout the day, so no, I'm not "noob recruiting".
Noob recruiting isn't even abusing the guild system in the first place. Many tower taking guilds noob recruit as a way to find new permanent members. Nothing wrong with that.
