Tyranitar is really common on opposing teams which helps alot and why not have it?
edit: The only reason i have him for is because he is a rapid spinner

Excadrill otherwise doesn't add anything to your team except supplementing your Fighting-type weakness. The only one on your team that resists Fighting is TFlame, and he's so frail it's a nonfactor. I'd suggest LO Starmie over Excadrill if you want a spinner with offensive presence.
