I don't have favourites, i dislike you all equally.
Nah kidding, i don't choose favourites, apart from me preferring to interact with players who can string an intelligent sentence together or aren't trying to abuse me for absolutely no reason (which some players seem to think they're obligated to do)
Keep in mind though, exactly how many players there are online, and how many of them need our help. I don't know about all of the staff, but i get hundreds of PM's a minute, so yeah, i do prioritise a bit, taking problems that say, the PR's lack the authority to do, and leaving the other smaller problems to them.
If if you feel a staff member is ignoring you, be patient. Chances are we just haven't seen your pm yet because we have so many to read. But if your matter is urgent, simply ask another staffmember instead.
If you feel no-one is paying attention to you, remember feedback is your friend. I often keep an eye on feedback/reports and probably read them sooner than reading a pm.
So pretty much, I restated Kat's "Contacting Authority" guide. Hopefully this time it actually sticks in your mind.
