Thought we were going to have to cancel it when we were 40 minutes in and we couldn't even summon people in for the first match.
I'm pleased to report that I was able to reduce the dependency on me to host the event and increased the level of automation by a significant portion this GST.
We switched from text-based commands to a GUI that updates the database rather than me filling in winners by hand, training, and coordinating with staff and having them summon teams in manually with commands.
We still need to make it easier to bring in substitutes though which is a pain in the ass for both staff and players currently. As well handing out the prizes at the end.
