That's why i suggested a anti noob recruiting system making it so you can only recruit one member per 30 minutes, except when the guild is just being made. This would make it so you rely more on your guild members than rely on noob recruiting/temping, it could be added by Twinny, he is so good a simple system like this would be possible for him to add, but I doubt staff will want it since so many staff guilds use temping and noob recruiting.
