Flying gem is easily the best Talonflame item as long as you run acrobatics. Otherwise lefties, and focus sash could be viable to some extent for a late game sweep.

You got it backwards mate, I'd go for a kings rock unless the opponent uses steadfast. By my battling standards, limitation before a strong offense secures most wins. And by god that strategy has worked for me all 7 years Ive played Pokemon. Luckily theres a lack of limitation moves in Pokemon, so its mostly offense for me
