You know what then, the next time your drunk (and judging from your personality, I wouldn't expect anything under decently often), get a couple of your best friends drunk too, let you drive home with them in it, then I'll let you choose between waiting for a train or racing it. Then I'll come back to this forum, go to the thread depicting your death, and call you an imbecile for choosing such and that you shouldn't be remembered as a responsible or decent person.

Ok, they made the dumbass decision of getting in the truck with him. From your logic, they CHOSE to enter the car with him, making it THEIR faults.
