Welcome to reality. How the families of those who were affected choose to live their lives, is entirely governed by them, and them alone. No one else can tell them how to think, or how to feel or dictate their actions from this point on (especially someone who isn't here any longer). You cannot keep placing blame on someone who has died, because you may as well say its the moon's fault the sun isn't shining. It's just pretty ridiculous to keep those accusations, but nonetheless: how they gather this experience into their general philosophy is their matter. Or they may see no impact from it at all. Who are we to decide for them? Do you have plans to arrest this dead man and incarcerate him by due law for his actions? For leaving behind his children without the thought of them in mind? No, of course not, because he's dead as I've said countless times already. The least, what I am saying, that people should do is have respect. You can't make anymore mistakes in death. Getting in that vehicle while driving under the influence was something he did while he was living. The only time you'll see dead people continue killing and harming people after they've died are in movies and television. This poor man is still suffering criticisms for things that are already over. Let it go, and take what learning you need from it.

I agree with this. He did a really dumb decision by driving under the influence of alcohol with two of his friends (who I am unsure were also drunk), but that does not make him a bad person. Everyone makes really stupid decisions, and some at the cost of their life. I do not agree with his decision at all and am ashamed he did what he did, but just show your condolences for his family at the least. Also, the report describes that no one was wearing seat belts and two of them were thrown underneath the truck pinned.
