You don't need to get candy through using the bug net. They also act in the exact same way as they did last year. Also, I understand that we're all different people with different interests. However, the idea of waiting 5-10 minutes for a ghost to despawn so that it drops candy (like last year) does not seem more fun at all to me. I dunno, maybe I'm too used to being an active player on Graal.

No. Actually, the candy the ghosts hold are gone before they are dropped. And, using the net is not fun, especially when you get directly on them without getting the candy. It's random to if you get the candy, it's random swinging and luck. Sorry, but sitting and waiting for the candy to drop and walking over it was way more entertaining.
(It'd be nice if my candy didn't continue to disappear. Went from 8>4>2.
