I didn't create anything. You started with saying that people will notice me killing someone. You started your own little world.

Thats not a world, thats a concept thats fairly true, Unless your giving in to jesters sarcastic post and actually believe that people wont notice when you shoot someone.
And remote areas in GTA V have people in them.
