Doesn't it just look like Windows Phone now? Or did they already do that?

Yeah it does resemble the same stlye.
Their switching everything to "Metro UI" which consists of a bunch of tiles and panorama viewing.
Windows Phone, now Xbox and Windows 8 in the future as well as Win8 tablets.
