Thank god I stoped reading at page 11, so I'll just start from this one..

I don't care about the other ones latency but I honestly get pissed off sometimes too. Of course I'm not showing it in-game and it's just a game so I'll just ragequit instead of wasting my time and anything else cussing someone because of whatever reasons they or I may have. But ping-limited rooms would be nice, too. I'd enjoy watch a spar where only people spar with a latency of 300+ms, if you're able to see there anything. :p However, I don't support that idea because it's just unfair. Another idea I don't support are rewards for sparrings. It's just a game, and it should be threathen as one (sadly this thread proves it's not). You spar for the fun, and for the challenge of it if there's any, so any rewarding would be useless to me, and I doubt it would motivate people to spar constantly at all.

Another aspect is people who cuss at spar, or have an awful attitue while sparring. Personally I dislike blocking people because it seems to be rude and once they actually need something they aren't able to ask you for help. I wish there would be a 'disable-chat' function..

After all I can say if you want people to be motivated to spar, quit posting on threads like this because it'll make sparring look worse only. There are either ****heads, ignorant people who think they're some sort of superior and extravagant humans being, nerds who have to reply to anything said in this thread (unless they're being nice) or just the usual spammers and trolls who make a thread go down-hill. If you want to get something better out of the sparring community and the sparring itself, I suggest some people try to change theirselves first, and start to get another attitude when replying. This thread has obviously turned in a bash/flame-war mostly.
