For the most part, Era staff are not active here but I am reasonably sure nobody else is going to help you so I will redirect you...unfortunately this is a known issue and one we cannot do much about. The only three solutions:
1-wait longer for email, ensure it is not in spam folder
2-email
[email protected] with your Graal id and issue, only he can manually approve
3-in Letters to Staff on Era-go, request an account transfer to a new account
