I would use the rail road. I think if it is easier to direct where you want to go exactly when it comes back it will be used quite a bit. It will be a lot easier to get to warpers with an another option to get you to places that have limited ways into the area that can be clogged up by boosters or the hat chaser mob. like the caves to snow or the chair lifts being the only way onto belle.

I'm also hoping there will be a way to use the train tracks to get to oasis faster not that there is anything to do there since they never update it.
