Well having an image instead of using the tileset for tables is already a thing. Just because someone thinks nicknames look ugly, isn't a good reason to have it in some places, but not others.

NPCs already use images. Revamping all the houses would be somewhat of a waste of time for minimal gain. It would probably be fairly simple to change furniture tables, but there are tons of different tables to go through.
