To most griefers they don't care about punishments. The whole "this isn't permanent, of course they don't care!" wouldn't really matter because they wouldn't care in the first place. And while we do have a decent system in place for griefing, it doesn't prevent griefing. So no, I don't trust players with TNT. Players didn't seem to mind before the reset, so I don't think they'll mind after.
I have many times sat and had fun with various players with things like spawning mobs and such and doing things they normally wouldn't be able to do. If players enjoy stuff like making cannons and the such that much I'm sure mods will have a little fun occasionally. But to give TNT to players? Absolutely not.
Hell, we can't even trust players with simple things like redstone.

Well how I see it is we can trust players, but the thing is the overworld would get pretty ****ed up really fast. Do you know how many times a creeper has came behind me while I was working on my house? Higbey was watching me make my wheat farm when he noticed a creeper coming towards me and it exploded, then ANOTHER one came right after and did the same thing...it would look even worse than those horrid swamps, mushroom biomes, or giant crevices.
I'm kind of tired of hearing, "We can't trust them" because to be honest Graal has a large community, however there's only a small amount of players who actually are recognized such as Higbey, Rufus, Callimuc, and Arichi. We should be able to trust each other since we're all friends, the only people we should be cautious of are "Apprentice Shadow Dark Lord".
