I just read all of this. Damn, this is better than most of what's on TV! Anyways, why the hell are the staff arguing publicly on their issues if they have a Skype chat for that? I'm no psychiatrist, but I can tell you it's to get attention. And it worked! Read the last few pages. Unfortunately it isn't the good attention you want to draw to your server. Instead, you're setting a bad name to your business and you haven't even opened up yet. If you has issues, which you all clearly seem to have, you should settle them privately and more maturely rather than openly where everyone can see it. If all the employees at Microsoft went for a free for all outside on the streets with their name tags and uniforms and all, they're representing their company in a bad way. Even though their product may be good, their company looks bad because of it and in return less people want to buy from them.
Edit: In short, keep your issues to yourselves.
