I've found 4 pillbugs total (i don't know what you guys do with your bugs... o.0 but i sell mine.) 2 of which were found in Deophiles bar in onnet. 1 was found in the secret grave in deadwood, which no-longer exsists. 1 inside the MoD town thingy-with the receptionist, i almost didn't catch this one, so allow me to say a few things on why i believe pill bugs are so uncommon,

PillBugs can move about the levels freely.
This makes pillbugs harder to find, as i said, i almost didn't catch the MoD one, but it was solely because i couldnt find it! It was out side, and ran straight threw to the next level (aka) the inside of the building,
PillBugs aren't restricted by solid tile areas.
As for Deophiles bar, it has the top area which you need to walk up the stairs to get too, the pillbugs there could run right threw the solid tiles, and up to the top level (and down again) this makes them a real bitch to catch.
PillBugs have a strange hitbox.
This makes them much harder to capture. I can't say how many times i slammed my net down on a pillbug to find it can walk straight threw my net, just to laugh at me.
