I applogise first about the late responces on the zone email. We have alot of emails currently in our inbox. (Mostly because of a gserver bug at unstick) It takes about 3-5 minutes for me to verify logs, check players items and their ship. One staff member who is qualified to handle lost robots is also out for a few days, so it is slower than useal. I am going to go online and spend about 2 hours answering support emails, so hopefully I can get most of them.
