The Craftbukkit is mostly just fixing vanilla glitches and adding in new hooks for SMP mods. I'd say it's plenty stable as it is.
Also if its currently updated... Then I think you forgot about the whitelist and the description. o_o

Well the latest build of it is uploaded. So to clarify we're waiting until they specify a recommended build for the latest version.
I've re-uploaded the white, ops, and ban lists.
