Because when they first announce they are hiring, people are like "Omg omg omg if i act 10x nicer and help 10x more they might hire me so i should suck up". <--- Most people that applyed.

Anyways, I'd like to congratulate the new GPs in advance, whoever they may be.
Hopefully people that want to see iZone grow and expand, rather than people that simply want to host events and abuse the staffstick.
