This is quite a good idea. Change the water in the winter tileset to ice and maybe make some skates and sell them like draisines and stuff. You need skates to enter the ice, or maybe make it enterable but you will slide away like on the ice in tLoZ. Also maybe make a real ice rink to skate on for summer. The skating should be fun so everyone wants to do it
