Definetly agree, being a person who does jobs, I grab the counter a lot for any job. If they want to keep it I suggest them to grab and then push the arrow key in the opposite direction, like a pull (how it looks in the picture). I put this into feedback around the time it was implemented and of course it's still the way it is.
