Could be an uneven number of vertical pixels but could be moved 1 pixel to the left.

Needs to be lowered 3-4 pixels.

Beautiful hat, every view (especially facing down pull) need to be lowered majorly.

Also, the issue here is that the noob hat template posted all over the web that everyone uses to start with is not properly ganid. It is not aligned properly when transferred to in-game. (I use a custom hat template that has my head incorporated and i never miss)
