It sounds like a mine craft hunger games server. I think it should be made a team event seeing that it takes place on a large scale. Maybe a co-op team?

I feel like a team based game does not synergize with a no-respawn event. If you die for your team, you will just sit around not knowing if your team will win, and most events I see this way you only get rewarded if you're alive when you win.
For example, I played ctf the other day on PC Era. You only got ec rewards if you're alive when your team wins, so I would just sit back and let my team do the work to ensure that I got rewards.
Even if they make it so that you get rewards if you're dead and your team wins, it would feel akward dieing early on and just waiting around for a good 15 minutes or more wondering if your team is going to win.
As a free for all I feel like it would be a nice challenge to build up on your own somewhere, and try to last the longest. It would have to be a huge map so that it isn't a giant LMS. It should also reward you based on how long you last and how much you kill, to ensure that your get rewarded for doing well even if you're not the final winner.
