The green is a mask. It's a request I received, and they wanted a green and black mask.
And how is the shading off? I want to be able to improve, so maybe I can start trying to make my own.

Gave it a shot and edited the front view of the head for you.. I used:
-More detail on the colors
-Re Alligned the hair to the roots
-Added more spark to the hair
-Added more colors to the hair and eyes
I hope you can use it to your advantage in spriting. Not my best but i gave it a shot
