I find it very practical to kill off your to guild mates or have them kill you off in between attacks when defending a tower. Not only do you get a few extra pks out of it but you reset your life totals but your at full health and ready for the next wave of attackers.

I'm not against it but, I don't really see the point in pking. you get nothing for it other than your name displayed on a list. Is it really worth proving you have no life by sitting around pking at mod all day racking up 2.5k pks and having nothing to show for it? wouldn't your time be better spent farming or helping your guild get tower time?
